Customer Data and Integrations
Customers retain ownership of their business content. MedhaLink AI accesses connected systems only when approved by the customer and, where required, consented to by the user. Third-party integrations, including Google Workspace, remain subject to the third-party provider's terms and controls.
See our Privacy Policy and Google API Disclosure for additional details.
AI-Assisted Outputs
MedhaLink AI may provide summaries, drafts, source-backed answers, or workflow suggestions. These outputs are intended to support human work, not replace professional judgment. Users are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them, sharing them, or taking action.
Commercial Terms
Public website content does not create a binding subscription, pricing commitment, service-level commitment, or deployment commitment. Pilot scope, onboarding, implementation support, subscription terms, and deployment model are defined in the applicable customer agreement.
