This page explains how MedhaLink AI uses Google APIs when a customer enables Google Workspace integrations. Google access is optional and depends on the approved pilot or customer agreement.
Google Data We May Access
Depending on the customer-approved scope, MedhaLink AI may request access to the following Google Workspace data categories:
Gmail
Messages, message metadata, labels, and attachments when email knowledge workflows are approved.
Google Drive
Files, folders, document content, and file metadata when Drive knowledge workflows are approved.
Google Calendar
Events, attendees, timing, descriptions, and related event metadata when calendar workflows are approved.
Profile and Workspace Context
Basic user profile and related Workspace context needed to identify the user and connect approved sources.
How Google Data Is Used
- Access is requested only for customer-approved use cases.
- Users and administrators must approve the connection before data is accessed.
- Google data is used to provide source-backed answers, summaries, governed drafts, workflow support, audit visibility, and related customer-requested product functions.
- Google data is not sold, used for ads, or used for unrelated model training.
- Customers can revoke access through Google account or Google Workspace admin controls and request deletion through MedhaLink AI support.
Limited Use Commitment
MedhaLink AI's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Revocation and Deletion
Users may revoke Google access through their Google account permissions. Customer administrators may manage access through Google Workspace admin controls. Customers may request deletion or access review through MedhaLink AI Support.
